HaazirEats is operated by Mopa Global Services Pvt Ltd. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Mopa Global Services Pvt Ltd. For any privacy question, contact contact@mopags.com.

• Account details — name, mobile number, email address and profile photo.
• Delivery addresses and the location you save or pin for an order.
• Order history, cart contents, ratings and reviews you submit.
• Payment status and the payment reference returned by our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Device information — device model, operating system, app version and push notification token.
• Precise location, collected only from delivery partners while they are online, so orders can be assigned and tracked live.
• Support conversations, including WhatsApp messages you send us about an order.

• To place, prepare, assign, deliver and invoice your orders.
• To show you live order tracking and send order status notifications.
• To verify your identity by OTP when you sign in or confirm a delivery.
• To process payments, settlements and refunds.
• To provide customer support and investigate complaints or disputes.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of the platform.
• To improve the service — which restaurants and dishes to show, and where the apps are hard to use.
• To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

We share only what is needed to complete your order:

• The restaurant preparing your order receives your name, order details and, for delivery orders, the information needed to hand over the order.
• The delivery partner assigned to your order receives your name, delivery address, delivery location and a contact number.
• Payment gateways process your payment and return only a status and reference to us.
• Cloud hosting, messaging and analytics providers process data on our instructions to run the service.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Customer location is used to find nearby restaurants and to compute the delivery address and fee. Delivery partner location is collected in the background only while the partner is marked online, and is used to assign orders, show live tracking and confirm delivery. Partners can go offline at any time to stop background collection.

Account information is kept while your account is active. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after account deletion. Location traces linked to a delivery are retained only as long as needed to resolve disputes about that delivery.

• Access and correct your profile details from within the app at any time.
• Delete your account from the app, or by writing to us. We remove your profile and stop processing, retaining only records the law requires us to keep.
• Withdraw notification or location permissions from your device settings — some features stop working without them.
• Ask us what data we hold about you, by writing to contact@mopags.com.

Traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are token-based, and access to production data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure — tell us immediately at contact@mopags.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.

HaazirEats is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly create accounts for them, and we delete such an account if we become aware of one.

We update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes are notified in the app.
