Terms & Conditions

HaazirEats is a technology platform. We list restaurants, take your order, pass it to the restaurant, and arrange delivery. The food itself is prepared and sold by the restaurant, which is solely responsible for its quality, packaging, hygiene, description and pricing.

• You must be 18 or older and provide a working mobile number that we can verify by OTP.
• Keep your account and OTPs private. Activity from your account is treated as yours.
• Give accurate delivery addresses. Repeatedly wrong or unreachable addresses may lead to restrictions.
• One person, one account. Accounts created to abuse promotions may be suspended.

• An order is confirmed only once the restaurant accepts it. Until then it may be rejected.
• Prices, taxes, packaging charges and delivery fees are shown before you pay. Restaurants set their own item prices and may change them.
• Menu photographs are indicative. Portion sizes and presentation may differ.
• We show item availability as reported by the restaurant; an item may still sell out after you order.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes and before the restaurant starts preparing. Food is not returnable. The full position is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Online payments are handled by our payment gateway. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
• Cash on delivery, where offered, must be paid in full to the delivery partner on handover.
• Promo codes are subject to their own stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Scanning a table or restaurant QR places an order directly with that restaurant. Once the kitchen ticket is sent the order cannot be cancelled. Bills raised at the table, including taxes, are issued by the restaurant.

Restaurants and delivery partners use HaazirEats under separate agreements. Commission, settlement cycles, payouts and their own obligations are governed by those agreements rather than by these terms.

• Do not misuse the platform, interfere with it, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Do not abuse, threaten or harass restaurant staff or delivery partners.
• Do not post reviews that are false, defamatory or not based on a real order.
• Do not resell or scrape content from the platform without our written permission.

We are responsible for running the platform with reasonable care. We are not liable for the quality or safety of food prepared by a restaurant, for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes or events outside our control, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or repeatedly causes losses to restaurants or delivery partners. Amounts legitimately owed to you are still refunded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these terms. Continued use of HaazirEats after an update means you accept the revised terms.
